Crack The ELITE Code of Peak Performance and Resilience

The ELITE Method is a battle-tested leadership framework developed by Glenn Cohen
through decades of experience in the Mossad, Israel’s elite units, and high-stakes psychological operations.
At the heart of the method is the E Factor: the emotional engine that drives trust, resilience, courage, adaptability, and exceptional execution under pressure.
Glenn reveals how elite performers are trained to think creatively in uncertainty, lead through complexity, and approach even the toughest challenges with the belief that there is no such thing as “mission impossible.”
Combining emotional intelligence, psychological safety, mental toughness, learning culture, integrity, and operational excellence, the ELITE Method provides leaders and teams with practical tools to thrive in uncertainty, strengthen human connection, and achieve breakthrough performance in the moments that matter most.
